Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell construction and internally filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam, this dredge floater provides high buoyancy, impact resistance, and long-term durability in harsh marine environments. It is engineered to keep dredge pipelines afloat during sand mining, river dredging, offshore reclamation, and marine construction operations. Resistant to UV radiation, saltwater corrosion, puncture, and abrasion, the floater ensures stable pipeline positioning and improves dredging efficiency while reducing maintenance costs.
