• the delivery address is incomplete or unverifiable,
• fraudulent activity is suspected,
• payment is not completed for pre-payment orders.

5. Delivery, Timelines & Fees

Delivery timelines vary by location. Same-day delivery is available within Lagos for orders placed before 12 PM. Delivery to other states takes 2–5 working days. Full payment is required for:

• orders outside Lagos,
• international shipments,
• heavy or industrial machines,
• pre-order items.

Delivery is free within Lagos for selected items. Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may attract additional handling charges.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Service

Returns are accepted within 24–72 hours depending on the product category. Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of any damage or defect. Warranty varies by manufacturer and covers factory issues, not damage caused by misuse, wrong voltage, water exposure, or improper installation.

7. Lost, Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or with missing accessories, report within 24 hours. Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement, as we rely on immediate verification with logistics partners.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate personal, delivery, and payment information. Customers must ensure availability to receive orders. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
